Greetings, after observing many people within our working lives suffering “burn out” after eating, sleeping and being totally saturated in their professional lives we decided to document what was happening with us. This exercise was to help us reclaim our lives and restore “work v life” balance while having some fun along the way.
Within our little blog, you will find many things ending with “ing” this is because we hope to provide commentary on what we’re doing, what we’ve been up to and share our interests. Please take note of the entries relating to mindfulness, these are based on the small observations on life “seize the moment” type events which really do make life very special. We also wish to use this as a method of keeping in touch with family and friends near and far. We hope that you will enjoy what we write, observe and do .
